Q: Is it possible to get a refund of the entry fee if I have to abandon the competition due to illness or injury?

A: No refunds can be made after payment has been made, but it is possible to transfer the entry fee to the same category in the following year’s competition if you can provide a medical certificate or other proof of the reason for your absence. In this case, if you have an affiliated studio, the studio must remain unchanged from the one you were affiliated with at the time of application. This carryover can be made only one time.
